How much does it cost to exchange?
You pay a fee that depends on how much you exchange and in which direction. Bringing cash for crypto is 0% plus a $10 operational fee under $20,000 and a small percentage above that; bringing crypto for cash starts at 5% for smaller amounts and falls to 3% from $8,000, and under $200 it is the same $10 operational fee. Do I need to do KYC?
The desk operates without KYC up to defined limits, which covers most everyday exchanges. For larger amounts, moving funds into a bank account, or international wires, you verify once in the client area.
Which coins do you exchange?
Bitcoin, USDC and USDT every day, and practically any coin with enough liquidity, in both directions. You can bring cash for crypto or bring crypto for cash; for a less common coin, message the desk first so it is ready.
